TECHNICAL SPECS

1. Posts

Posts:

Post is cast into 600mm deep into 400 x 400 minimum 15MPa/19mm stone.
SMART HT 88 minimum 74 x 53 x 2.0mm x 3200mm long. (I Profile).
Set posts vertically into ground at 3070mm centres.
Longer posts will be required where fence steps > 200mm.
Post will be Hot Dip Galvanised to ISO 1461 & PVC Coated in Anthracite RAL 7021

2. Foundations

Foundations:

Ground conditions may re quire additional concrete.
Post is cast into 600mm deep into 400 x 400 minimum 15MPa/19mm stone.

3. Heavy Security Mesh Panels

Heavy Security Mesh Panels :

Mesh panels shall be 3510 3V fabricated from high tensile steel with
a weld strength of 60% and a tensile strength of 500N/mm2.

Mesh panels are manufactured with Zincalu wire (Galfan) of minimum coating of 255g/m2.

PVC Coated in Anthracite RAL 7021

Horizontal wires shall have a core diameter of 4.00mm

Vertical wires shall have a core diameter of 4.00mm

Apertures shall be 50mm W x 100mm H c/c of wires.

Panels are laterally strengthened by incorporation of 3 x 43mm deep,
V-profiled horizontal stiffener bends.
